Google PageRank (abbreviation PR) is a number from 0 to 10. PR is a measure of the number and quality of backlinks to a domain, based on a proprietary Google algorithm. Higher PageRank indicates more links, and the scale is roughly logarithmic so very few domains attain the high PR values. A PR of about 4 or more is generally considered quite valuable to domainers.

Alexa Rank is a ranking of the top 30 million or so highest traffic websites. Lower is better, and pretty much any site with a ranking of about 1 million or less gets enough traffic to be profitable in domain parking. Lower traffic (higher Alexa ranking) sites can still be parked profitably if they get targeted traffic for high value keywords.

Backlinks are links to the domain as indexed by Google, Alexa, and Yahoo. Backlinks are important because they generate ongoing traffic to the domain, and they are also used by search engines as a factor in search ranking. Often the different search engines will show very different numbers of backlinks, because they don't index every link.

Indexed pages in the search engines can generate traffic, but it's not usually sustainable. Without the previous site's content, the pages will gradually be removed from the search engine databases.

DMOZ (the Open Directory Project) is a human edited website directory. Domains with DMOZ listings are considered quite valuable, since a listing indicates some authority for the domain.

Make sure to click the links to check the source of the domain statistics. One common problem is that when a domain name has been redirected to another high ranking domain, the PageRank and Alexa ranking shown may actually be for the high ranking domain, not the redirected domain.
